After 10 years as a Chemosensory Scientist, she left her career to pursue her passion for health and wellness full-time and fittingly that same year she was inducted into the Skidmore College Athletic Hall of Fame.Īnne is passionate about empowering others to live on their own terms and is a living advocate for the tremendous power of yoga and its life changing effects. In 2019 she launched The Athlete Transition, a health coaching business to help athletes transition to life after sport. She believes that yoga is an effective tool in the search for and obtaining the quality of life her mother struggled to find and to which she aspired.Īnne completed her 200 Hour Power Yoga Training from Core Power Yoga in 2017. Over the years, her training transitioned from performance enhancement to a daily practice in health and well-being.

Originally, she found yoga in 2013 as a deconditioning tool from training, but soon found that yoga produced more than positive physical changes. During this time, her mother suffered from end stage renal failure and as she watched her mother struggle to accept the circumstances of her illness, these moments deeply impacted Anne’s perception of health and wellness on a fundamental level. After college, she devoted her time and training to triathlons and running and she often found herself training for competitions instead of building a life she imagined after sport. in Exercise Science and All-America Honors as a two sport collegiate athlete.
